What you will do?

Support procurement strategy and transformation projects with real ownership early on

Build analyses and client-ready materials, and contribute in workshops

Contribute to building Norse: improving how we work and what we offer

What we are looking for

Experience in consulting, procurement, strategy, transformation, or similar roles

Strong analytical skills and a proactive, dependable working style

Comfortable operating in a small team where you take ownership

Motivation to learn fast and help build a company

What will you do?

Lead procurement strategy and transformation projects end-to-end

Drive key workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery

Coach consultants and set a high standard for quality and collaboration

Help build Norse: offerings, ways of working, and culture

What we are looking for

Strong experience within consulting, procurement, transformation, or a similar role

Confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable leading teams

Structured, pragmatic, and able to move work forward with limited bureaucracy

High ownership mindset and motivation to build something new
